Mr Nikhil is an expert in the field of real estate. His journey began in 2012. Good Time Builders was founded in the year 2014 with a motive to create a qualitative value par excellence. Founded and Headed by Mr Nikhil, an experienced visionary in planning, design and infrastructure development, the Good Time Group spearheaded its presence with benchmark quality, responsible ethics, customer-centric approach and last but not least, engineering inspired by practicality. Good Time Builders, over the period, has been successful in creating a unique niche amongst customers for their superior standards in terms of quality, reliability and durability. With completed projects ranging from affordable housing (Residential villas, Flats) to commercial properties, Good Time Builders have been successfully creating benchmarks for its quality standards, in-house research or innovation within the vicinity. Owing to the enactment of government-administered policies in 2014, it took some time to get alignedwith the industry as a lot of policies had changed. Initially, Mr. Nikhil was not able to comprehend the implications of the new government, whether they’re concentrating on developing the already developed areas, or advancing towards developing the backward areas. In such circumstances, he felt it wise to observe first and then plunge into the industry. After gripping and understanding the situation, he started his work and very soon the results were bold and exceptional. His aim is to reach 1000 homes with 1000 satisfied customers, with the current count being 900 including ongoing projects. He believes in supporting the innovations of the era without damaging the environment. He plans to Revolutionise Hyderabad’s Real Estate Segment with World Class, Affordable Homes embodying comfortable living spaces for the masses through his dream venture Good Time Builders. His future projects at Muthangi, Isnapur and Sainikpuri will soon be added to the list of Ongoing projects.
